To install a goalpost basketball on the floor, it is important to first determine whether you want to install a post of "permanent" or a "device Removable "post.
Permanent seats are installed first determining the location to where the post is. This usually determined by taking into account the "excess" of its goal of basketball (overhang is the distance from the front of the board at the front of the pole) Once has determined where you want the message that is in contact with your local utility company to ensure that there are no lines to interfere with the excavation the hole. The diameter of the hole conditions vary from 12 "-24" and 36 "-48" deep depending on the system of buying basketball. Dig the hole at the correct depth by the assembly instructions, then insert the post into the empty hole. The top of the foot concrete to look good, if you build a square wood 2 "x 4" material to create a "form" of the top of the foot, this will keep the concrete plaza at the top and are really well after the concrete has set. Once your "form" is ready just mix and pour the concrete into the hole around the post. I suggest keeping the bottom of the pole against the ground at the bottom of the hole, while pouring the concrete around the basketball pole. This will allow the condensation that builds up inside, of course, the post to come out on the ground below. After pouring the concrete into the hole, use a 4 'level to get the place to sound off back and side to side. When post is the level 2'X4''su imput by another method to ensure that does not move while concrete cures. Allow concrete to cure for at least 48 hours before continuing.
Removable Post - There are two types of removable seats. The type 1 is a position as discussed above, but with the inclusion of the sleeve a "" which was consolidated into the base. The post is inserted into the sleeve after the concrete has cured, this allows the position is eliminated later if necessary. Sleeves have joined higher quality nuts around the top perimeter of the sleeve that allow the level of the front post to back and side to side after the installation is complete. You can see the installation instructions for a sleeve as clicking here http://www.firstteaminc.com/ft16.php
The second (and popular) type of removable as is "anchoring system" using a basketball as an anchoring system has a plate welded on the bottom and 4 anchor bolts. To install a basketball post with an anchoring system, follow all the steps mentioned above in relation to the location and excavation of its hole. Typically, there is a base of metal "template" provided along with four "J" anchor bolts so. These anchor bolts are fixed to the template before pouring concrete. When the concrete is poured simply insert the template / j-mounting screw in the wet concrete making sure to keep bolts square anchor your playing surface. When concrete is cured loosen and remove the anchor of the template from the top of the footing concrete. What we have now is 4 threaded bolts foot sticking above the concrete. Normally at this point you will be asked to run a threaded nut onto each bolt against the top of the concrete. Then lower the post with the motherboard down on the four bolts. The post can be secured to the studs with the remaining nuts provided with the unit. You can then post level front to back and side to side by adjusting the leveling nuts is below your motherboard.
