How can I get the top bar that says File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help to appear when I open an Internet
page? When I open the Internet on my computer shows the parent website of everything that I can go to Tools and then Internet Options to fix my original problem (not There are images that show on the Internet, only Little Red X in boxes. See my previous question.) My father uses Microsoft 98 and AVG Free Anti Virus Spyware. Your privacy is set Medium. Any ideas on how I can fix this problem (need to see File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help) for him??? Press Alt + T or right click on the top bar and select "menu bar does not work. F11 does not work. He is using Microsoft Internet Explorer. Right mouse in the address bar does not work. I can not see or TOOLS b / c that is exactly what is missing! That's what I need to find the File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools and Help.
I think you have to press "F11" on your keyboard. That should be in a right place at the top of the keyboard
